The project of electroplating wastewater treatment and reclaimed water in a steeltyre cord production enterprise

本工程針對興達九廠電鍍廢水處理和中水回用處理兩部分展開。根據“分水分治”的原則對各類生產廢水進行針對性的預處理后，再混合進行綜合生化處理，集中排放。采用超濾+反滲透工藝處理酸洗廢水和含鋅廢水預處理后出水，達到廠內循環冷卻補充水的要求。
This project contains electroplating wastewater treatment, and wastewater reuse system two parts. According to the principle of “different wastewater treated separately”, all kinds of wastewater were disposed via the procedure of independent pretreatment, then mixed biochemical treatment, and concentrated discharging at last.
Acid cleaning wastewater and zinc wastewater after pretreatment were treated by UF + RO, and used for circulating cooling water system.
