工藝說明 Process Description 1、 循環冷卻水通過恒壓供水泵輸送至生產車間用于生產車間熱處理等工藝并通過集中收集至冷卻塔底部的熱水收集池進行水質均衡調節; 2、 熱水再通過增壓泵輸送至高效纖維過濾器以攔截和過濾原水中的懸浮物和顆粒雜質; 3、 經過濾后的熱水直接進入冷卻塔進行冷卻后流入冷卻塔底部的冷水收集池,; 4、 達到冷卻水溫度要求的冷水通過恒壓供水泵和冷卻水循環管路輸送至生產線使用。 5、 為防止冷卻水在循環過程中出現管路垢化及滋生細菌藻類,在循環管路中通過計量泵添加阻垢劑及殺菌劑。 1、 Using constant pressure water supply system, the cooling circulation water is transported to the production workshop for heat treatment, rough work process and collected to hot water tank which is under the cooling tower. 2、 After controlling the water quality, pump the hot water through the high-performance fiber filter to remove the suspended particles and impurities. 3、 After the filtering, the hot water enters the cooling tower and then enters cooling water tank. 4、 Eventually, the cooling water is transported to the production workshop through the constant pressure water supply pump and the cooling water loops. 5、 Though dosing pump, the scale inhibitors and fungicides are added to the cooling water to prevent the scale deposit and microbe multiplication.
