18 electroplating lines workshop waste gas collection and treatment system in a steel tyre cord production enterprise
工程簡介 Project Information 本案共設6套廢氣收集處理系統對興達九廠電鍍車間18條電鍍線及24條粗拉線產生廢氣。另設2套廢氣收集處理系統處理電鍍線三級酸洗部分封閉鍍槽頂吸風罩廢氣。排放廢氣達到《大氣污染物綜合排放標準》（GB16297-1996）的要求。 廢氣收集處理系統按照生產區間劃分，實行獨立控制。廢氣處理塔均采用進口優質PP材料制作,集中布置于室外。 In this case, the acid pickling waste gas from 18 rough wire drawing lines and 24 electroplating lines in electroplating workshop is treated by 6 sets of waste gas collection and treatment systems. The waste gas from 18 suction guards of level 3 closed pickling plating is treated by other 2 sets of waste gas collection and treatment systems. Eventually emission reaches the standard < Integrated emission standard of air pollutants > (GB16297-1996). According to the production interval, the collecting and treating of waste gas is differentiated. These waste gas treatment systems are independently-controlled. The compact arrangement of the scrubbers which were made of imported PP material is put outdoor. 系統處理量 System Capacity  |
