工藝說明 Process Description 1、 輸送泵將電鍍線磷化液輸送至磷酸過濾器以去除磷化液中的懸浮物和顆粒雜質,保持磷化液的潔凈; 2、 過濾后的磷化液再經過增壓泵進入磷酸再生罐以控制磷化液中鋅含量,同時去除殘留在磷化液中的其它金屬離子,如銅離子; 3、 經過再生處理后的磷化液返回至電鍍線磷化槽循環使用。 1. Pump the p hosphorizing liquid to the filter to remove the suspended particles and impurities; 2. After the filter, through the booster pump, the phosphorizing liquid pass into the p hosphoric acid reclaim tank to control Zn2+ concentration and remove other metal ions, such as Cu2+; 3. The phosphorizing liquid after regeneration is transferred to plating line and reused. 優點 Advantages 1、 減輕了廢水處理系統的負擔; 2、 節約80%磷酸使用量,達到清潔生產及節約能源的目的。 1.
